Agentic engineering ecosystem
A way of working, rebuilt around AI
Twelve-hour hackathons, two weeks, zero margin for a broken build.
Their move to AI had outgrown the way they ran projects. We built a way of working for engineering with AI agents, and turned engineers who owned one layer into engineers who owned a whole product.
Two weeks of twelve-hour builds, with quality checks that ran off the recordings, left the team working differently for good.

Ways of working
Context-aware voice triage
Reachable by phone, not only by app
A triage queue that outgrew the people reading it.
Fifteen thousand patients a month needed more than an app.
We built a voice agent that knows ophthalmology and answers on the phone, asks the questions a clinician would ask, and writes a care plan from what it hears. Elderly patients reach it without a screen.
Project 02
Healthcare
Delivered in one week, against the tech stacks of Liverpool and Arsenal.
Predictive biomechanics engine
Vision alone, no markers and no sensors
One week to match the tech stacks of Liverpool and Arsenal.
We delivered a working prototype in one week, against the technology of clubs like Liverpool and Arsenal. It reads ordinary match and training video to flag injury risk and assess recruits, with no wearable sensors on the players at all.

Data governance, and assistants that ran discovery
Endless discovery meetings, the operational essence buried in PDFs.
We replaced a calendar full of discovery meetings with assistants that interviewed people across the organisation in parallel and wrote down how the work actually gets done.
From those transcripts came a data governance framework, and a retrieval system answering compliance questions at 96.7% accuracy that proves each answer by highlighting the passage in the original PDF.
ASSISTANT: Walk me through what happens when a claim breaches the 30-day window.
OPS LEAD: Honestly? Someone checks a spreadsheet. If they remember.
ASSISTANT: Noted. Who owns that spreadsheet today?
Assistants replaced a calendar of discovery meetings
A governance framework came out of the transcripts
Q: How long are closed claims retained?
Closed claims are retained for seven (7) years from the settlement date, per Records Policy §4.2.
Answers at 96.7% accuracy
